The Vatican Disagrees
Aside from the fact that the Vatican doesn’t allow same sex marriage, it also frowns upon those that actually do decide to get civilly married. Although lately, the current Pope who uses the name Pope Francis, is more open to the LGBT community, he still does not condone same sex marriage.
