Being Arrested

Not too long after she was caught in her web of deceit, she was charged by the police for ‘filing a false report, a fifth-degree felony.’ She was taken to the Middletown jail and was awaiting her arraignment in the Middletown Municipal Court.

Sheriff Jones held a press conference where he explained what had happened. He shared how they believed that the video on Facebook was real and they did everything in their capability to get to Williams in time, only to find out that the entire event was a hoax.
