Timothy McVeigh
He grew up in New York and served in the military, earning a Bronze Star and almost becoming a part of the Special Forces. Who knew that he would ultimately be responsible for killing 168 people and injuring over 600 in the Oklahoma City bombing?
Anders Behring Breivik
The psychopath set off a bomb from a van in Oslo that killed eight. He then went on a mass murder shootout at a summer camp, killing 69 people (many of them children and teenagers).
Gary Ridgway
He grew up to become the most prolific serial killer in American history. Ridgway, also known as the Green River Killer, was convicted of murdering 49 people, but confessed the number was much higher, possibly in the 70s.
Dennis Rader
People should have realized that this boy would be trouble, as he grew up torturing animals and wearing women’s underwear. He ended up killing 10 people between 1974 and 1991, sending letters to news stations and police to taunt them of his crimes.
