Charlie Parker was the PI who was hired to interview the family to try and see if the guy who claimed to be their missing boy, Nicholas Barclay, was, beyond a doubt, really him. But Parker was quite certain that it wasn’t Nicholas. What eventually gave Bourdin away was the fact that his ears didn’t match those of the young Texas native. Apparently, of all physical features of a person, the ears change the least with age.
