When the second girl had gone missing from the small town of San Luis Obispo, police were starting to worry about the possibility of a serial kidnapper. And the idea that there may be someone on the loose in this close-knit community was frightening. Authorities knew that they needed to work fast at finding out who could be responsible for such acts, as well as if the two girls were indeed, connected.
