Perfectly Calm
What helped Dee in this situation was the fact that Dr. Shannon had been calm all throughout. He waited for the couple at the hospital and took them all under his care. He had grown to care for the family as well. But more than that, he was just the kind of person who went above and beyond, which was why the Trokeys respected him immensely.
