Erik Took Out His Phone

When Erik took out his phone, he told his family to “Say cheese,” getting everyone together on the lens. But then it would soon come to pass that his phone happened to be in video mode rather than camera mode, leaving Erik to exclaim, “Oh shoot.” They knew they needed to get the shot in order to give Rowan a copy.

Apparently, Rowan had been painstakingly collecting photos and mementos for a scrapbook that he had been putting together. And while he wasn’t going on the trip with his family, they wanted to snap a memory to add to his project.
