Hurricane Katrina
The record-breaking hurricane known as ‘Katrina,’ swept off the Gulf of Mexico and over certain portions of the United States. The damage cost New Orleans alone over $70 million in damages. No one was prepared for the kind of havoc and destruction it was going to cause. While people were forced to evacuate their living spaces, but both Zack and Addie decided to hold their ground and stay put in their home, refusing to budge in spite of all the warnings from local officials and authorities.
