On his final day alive, Zack went to one of the most expensive hotels in New Orleans called the Omni Royal. He had already been drinking before that, but at the hotel, he had one final drink before he made his way up to the rooftop. It was reported that Zack was seen pacing back and forth in the surveillance camera before he went to the edge and suddenly jumped off, falling to his immediate death.
