According to his brother Dylan, Zach had bragged about what he had done to Holly. Dylan claimed that he “observed Holly Lynn Bobo sitting in a green chair in the living room wearing a pink T-shirt, with Jason Wayne Autry standing just a few feet away.” He had also said that Zach was “wearing camouflage shorts” and had claimed, “He [Zach] had raped Bobo and videotaped it.” Despite that, the police never found the so-called tape though.
