What Clint had believed was just a run-of-the-mill argument between a normal couple had seemed much worse to one of their neighbors. Holly’s mom, Karen, shares that she received a phone call from her neighbor who said that she heard someone screaming from her house. Karen immediately called their home when Clint answered her call. Then she told her son, “Clint, that’s not Drew. Get a gun and shoot him!” And after that, she immediately hung up the phone and called 911 herself, too.
