His Ex Speaks Out

Stimpson’s ex, Alexandra Dale, also spoke out after she heard the devastating news. Apparently, police had been made aware about Stimpson’s stalking ways a few years before because she had been a victim as well. Stimpson had threatened her, verbally abused her, slashed her tires, was extra possessive and even made up stories about her in his head. Dale shares, “I was lucky enough to get away from him. I’m mortified. This twisted f—k made my life hell and the police were informed yet did nothing about it. This poor girl did the same and still nothing. I can’t even imagine what her family are going through.”

Being Convicted

When Stimpson was finally brought to court, it was said that he broke down when he heard how many times he had stabbed Molly. The Judge presiding over his case, Adele Williams, said that he was “narcissistic and supremely callous,” and that what he did was “cruel, calculated and cowardly.” And just after a short three-hour deliberation, the jury would convict him of homicide while the judge would sentence Stimpson to a minimum of 26 years behind bars.
