Finding His Last Known Address

Police would eventually figure out that Touch’s last known address happened to be at 108 Empire Street in Lynn. And while police felt that he was moving quite often from one address to another, this one in particular was said to be the last place he was seen. Once authorities were able to get a warrant to search the place, they would call on ‘The Massachusetts State Police Special Tactical Operations Team, a specialized entry and high-risk arrest unit’ whom swiftly went into action and entered the residence in search of Touch.
