Akbar Salubiro was a 25-year-old farmer living in a far-off village in West Sulawesi. One Sunday, he went into the nearby palm grove in order to harvest palm oil. His wife was away at the time, so there was no one who would be worried about his return that same day. But when Monday rolled around, his neighbor couldn’t help but wonder where Akbar was.
