In 2017, Miley Cyrus posed nude for a coffee table book featuring a compilation of never before seen photographs from David LaChapelle’s illustrious 3-decade career behind the camera lens.
In the book, the actress and singer is seen facing a window of a tiny cell, reaching out towards the sunlight entering through the portal. The jail cell photo is one of two images chosen from La Chapelle’s project to grace the cover of Lost + Found Magazine, the other showing the former Hannah Montana star as a butterfly in the same prison cell, with sparkling crystals set on a nude bodysuit to hide her private parts.
