Apparently, it wasn’t just childish pranks or kids being kids, for that matter. In fact, what was going on happened to be something much more sinister than what they could have ever imagined. Tessa, a young teenager at the time, had told her parents that ‘she’d seen a hand and an arm at her window.’ But despite her parents calling the police to report it, they wouldn’t be able to figure out who it happened to be, or whether it was something that would happen again.
