Bruce Nixon agreed to testify against the others, as well as naming Michael Jackson as the ‘ringleader’ of the entire plan, just so that he could get a plea deal. The trial would last a total of one week with Nixon receiving 45 years behind bars, which meant that there is still a possibility that he may walk free one day.

Tiffany, Michael and Alan would all be given death sentences for the first-degree murder of Reggie and Carol Sumner.
