Incredulously, Tiffany would attempt to appeal her case, claiming that she didn’t deserve the death penalty since she had not actually ‘witnessed’ the death of Reggie and Carol. There was not any case that I prosecuted where the crime was more vile or cruel than the torture and murder of the Sumners.”

She’s Still Hoping For A Chance

10 years since the abominable crime, Tiffany has been spending her days at the Lowell Correctional Institution Annex waiting for her death sentence to finally push through. But she’s still hopeful for a chance that her sentence will be overturned. She said in an interview, “I am not the same person anymore. I have peace, I have joy. I have sound mind.”
