In Madagascar, an entire row of Baobab trees stands along the sides of a dirt road. And while it may not look like there’s much around, visitors come and visit to see just how magnificent they are, with their wide girth and incredible height. They may not provide complete shade, but they do make a major impact on anyone who sees them in person.

Gingko Tree Tunnel, Meiji Jingu Gaien, Tokyo, Japan

Apparently, Japan has a number of different areas that you can see Gingko Tree tunnels. But one of them is in the Meiji Jingu Gaien area of Tokyo. There are almost 150 Gingko trees on this street alone, and they are at their most dazzling in the fall.
