Lane finally told police how she found Aliza dead in her crib. She panicked and thought that she was going to be charged with murder. So, she decided to hide the body instead. The cops found this reaction strange. Nonetheless, they followed the trail and found the body placed in a plastic bag and buried in a wooded area. Lane said that she had dressed her child before going through all the motions.
