When Dr. Perry finally came back inside again to look at Michael, Tammy was physically upset and pointed to Michael’s throat, were she could see his vein still throbbing. She told the doctor, “Look, that’s a pulse.” And when Dr. Perry truly looked at it, he said, “Oh my God. He’s alive.”

Unbelievable Negligence

Tammy was practically heaving when she replied, “No s**t! I’ve been telling you that for hours.” And to make matters worse, they had to transfer Michael to another hospital in order to see if he could still be treated despite the hours that he had been lying on the gurney, pronounced dead when he was actually still alive.
