In 1998, Austrian journalist Melissa Muller published a biography of Anne Frank. In it, she hinted that Lena Hartog van Bladeren, a cleaning lady, was the suspect. She was the wife of one of Oprekta’s employees. Unfortunately, she simply didn’t have enough motive. Hence, the search continues. Who was that one person? Will they ever find out?
