Hawaii consists of eight main islands, and the entire state is basically surrounded by water given that it sits in the North Pacific Ocean. Tourists and locals’ alike flock to the best areas to snorkel, dive and surf, of course. But when surf warnings and alarms arise, be sure to heed them. They are there for a reason and could possibly save you or a loved ones’ life.
