Dress Up for the Weather
As the proverbial Norwegian saying goes, “there is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing.” Rain is common in Norway and its people certainly knows how to dress up to get warmer of a rainy day. So, if you show up in shorts and a t-shirt in a 20-degree weather, then you can only blame yourself.
