Mentally Delayed

Sadly for tiny Baby M, she was already showing delays in her development due to all the poisoning side effects. All of the instances that she lacked oxygen to the brain were affecting her growth, both mentally and physically. Eventually, she was able to make it out of the hospital on November 6, 2012, but now she had to live with the effects of all the oxygen deprivation that she had dealt with in her young life.
