Poisoning The Kids

For reasons not exactly known, Allen was poisoning some of the children left in her care, as well as infants and kids of some of her friends. She would use Tetrahydrozoline, an over-the-counter form of eye medication, which when consumed or swallowed, can cause very deadly reactions.
