Calling 911

Penny shared, “I seen a piece of plywood that goes to where we stay. I heard gurgling. When I picked it up he was gurgling for his life.” And to make matters worse, she saw what seemed to look like a guy running away from the scene. She immediately began calling for help until someone heard her and called 911 for her.

Waiting For The Ambulance

According to George and Penny’s daughter, Katey Torres, “My mom Penny found her husband of 25 years brutally beaten, bloody, tied up, face down and unconscious. Covered up to die.” And basically it was torture waiting for emergency services to get to the scene, helpless to relieve George of his agony.
