On that exact same day that the center for missing children got the call, police were alerted and they went to the Hose home and arrested Thomas for the alleged abduction, kidnapping and statutory rape of Tanya Nicole Kach. Kach’s lawyer had even said about her case, “I believe the police failed this young lady, that her school failed her, that her parents failed her, that her community failed her. It’s a tragedy that was totally avoidable.”
