Putting Hose Behind Bars
Hose was sentenced to 15 years maximum in prison after being found guilty of “involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a minor, interfering with the custody of a child and child endangerment.” His lawyer, James Ecker, had even tried to argue that Kach ‘was not forced to live with Hose.’ Ecker even continued, “I think if the police believed she was being held against her will or that she was physically abused, they would have charged him with kidnapping or abuse. But they didn’t.”
