Knowing that he was actually doing something illegal, alongside other hackers, he began finding ways into the secret files of some of the worlds top corporations like IBM, General Electric, and even well known banks. In fact, it was said that he was even able to get into some of the highest security military systems. It seemed like there was nothing that could stop him.

Why He Did It?

Later on, James was asked why he had gone from computer genius to hacker. He replied, “I fell in with a bad crowd focused on what networks we could get into, both military and commercial.”
