After Tina was discovered missing, detectives decided to look into what possible motive the killers would have for taking Tina. Soon enough, they were going to look into Joel Walker Lipsey, who happened to be a special education teacher in her school. Tina was a part-time attendee in his class, and bizarrely, he had what seemed to be a strange connection with her.
