Could It Have Been Her Teacher?
According to reports, Lipsey had a photograph of Tina on his desk, and another one at his home. She was some sort of a ‘teacher’s pet’ but not in the normal sense of the word. Apparently, Lipsey was a convicted child molester who had been found guilty for committing ‘lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14.’ But when brought in for questioning by police, he had a solid alibi, so they were no closer to getting to the actual perpetrator just yet.
