Some 500 years ago, the Portuguese government sent a ship out on official business, carrying huge amounts of goods to be traded. She was built to voyage around the world on various missions, including the one where she met her fate. The ship was supposed to travel to India but never made it back. What happened to her and to her crew, along with the immense wealth she carried remained unknown until very recently.
The ship was called “Bom Jesus”, also known as “Good Jesus”. Her disappearance remained a mystery for centuries. But when a group of diamond miners recently stumbled upon some remnants that could have belonged to the ship, they were shocked. They were even more startled to discover what the ship had been carrying all these years ago…
