After finally spotting the Thunder, one would think that the crew would lift their arms up in the air to surrender. They were mistaken because the trawler opted to brave through perilous strips of oceans where winds were strong and the waves reached as high as 60 feet tall.

Vigilantes band together

When no organization wanted to take the burden of responsibility on their shoulders, the brave vigilantes of the Sea Shepherd took it upon themselves to chase the 202-foot long ship. Under its watchful eye were their fellow avengers, the Bob Barker and Sam Simon. Peter Hammarstedt, the captain of the Barker, had a plan in mind.
