Have They Achieved Their Goals?
Although North Korea claims that they’ve successfully done this, there is no way for anyone to know the actual truth, except to take their word for it. And this is not an easy feat, considering their history. Despite that, the U.S. Defense says they can’t take anything that Kim Jong-un’s party says lightly. They need to consider that North Korea is a formidable foe, even if their military capabilities are considered much smaller than that of other nations. Their unpredictability is what makes them potentially dangerous.
