Maria knew she had problems, which is why she was a constant visitor at Mission Australia’s Triple Care Farm in Robertson. The rehabilitation center was located in the southern highlands, and to her, this was her “little piece of heaven.” This was where she could be herself, without fear of temptation. Little did she realize, however, that this safe haven would also introduce her to the man who would end her life.
