25. Boy’s arm bitten off by a bear
Cong Cong, a 9-year-old boy visiting the zoo, was attempting to feed a bear when the animal suddenly clamped its powerful jaws into the boy’s extended arm. This took place at the Pingdingshan’s Hebin Park in China. The boy was seen wandering alone at that the section of the zoo and came upon the cage of a black bear. He decided to hand over some food to the bear which bit his arm. He managed to break free from the powerful bite of the bear, but most of his arm was left in the bear’s mouth. He was rushed to the hospital where he was treated for his serious injuries.
