Even if the Runion couple had lost their lives too early, and in such a horrific way, the legacy that they left behind is one to be respected and cherished. Bud once said, “You can’t take money with you when you’re gone. You might as well spend and enjoy it,” so that’s exactly what they did. And they didn’t just spend their well-earned money on themselves, but they spent it for the betterment of others. May they rest in peace.
