The couple got into their reliable GMC Envoy SUV and began the three-hour journey to McRae. They reportedly had their cell phones with them, as well as their chargers, but oddly, no one had heard from since 3:30 p.m. on that particular Thursday afternoon. Their daughter began to get suspicious when her parents didn’t come over to her house when they were scheduled to babysit her kids. She called the police right away to report them missing.
