Mel Reynolds
Accused of so many crimes, the Illinois congressman was proven guilty of money laundering, bank fraud and statutory rape of a 16-year-old volunteer in his campaign. Bill Clinton dismissed the bank fraud charge and Reynolds was released after serving several years in prison.
