Not only did the owner of the Happy Valley Inn report that he was still begging on the streets for money, one of the managers of one of the grocery stores across the street said the same thing. And while there are still no city ordinances against panhandling in Kentucky, people are much more aware of the ‘bogus beggar’ and all of his phony ways. Hopefully, the more people know about Gary, the less chances that they’ll get victimized, too.
