Finding Guns, Bullets And Masks

Inside the PVC pipe, they found a barrage of items. It was reported to have 5 guns, 500 bullets, at least 8 masks, and a variety of notes all about different East Coast Banks. And what was more alarming was that the notes were all about the weaknesses of these different banks, and the best ways to access them.

There Were Maps Too

And what seemed even more alarming than that, were the hand-drawn maps they found along with the rest of the stuff. Bizarrely, on top of each map, there were notes written that read “Carb M”, “Ca$he” and “Carbon W.” And those weren’t the only alarming words on the various maps.
