BEING ON DRY LAND
This brave teenager just apparently tore his clothes off and jumped without thinking twice. He was in his undergarments, making it easy for him to tread in water. Karpjuk was shocked because the boy was young compared to the rest of the bystanders. Nonetheless, he definitely had the strength needed to pull his girls into safety. For Karpjuk, that was quite a feat.
