NOT GOOD ENOUGH
The two girls and their father were in dire need of help. Karpjuk was losing strength. Some of those watching them made a feeble attempt to throw in the rope that might help him climb up, but he was getting weaker by the minute. He couldn’t even summon enough energy to hold on to both of them. His hands kept slipping on the rope and it was no use. He knew it then that he was doomed. If only there was a good soul out there who was willing to do more.
