NEED HELP
The situation has become more chaotic. Karpjuk felt as if he was drowning along with his daughters. Where was his wife? Why couldn’t she get help quickly? Then, he looked up. There were bystanders around. Thank goodness for them, but just when he hoped that things would get better, no one attempted to actively help them. In fact, some of them just filmed the entire event on their phones. That was it!
