A HOOLIGAN
Sasha Yergin was a regular in their town’s youth center. He had been there when his grandma could no longer handle him. The people there described him as a hooligan. He was definitely quite difficult, but the people in charge of the center saw his potential. In fact, they also told the reporters who covered the incident that he was very intelligent.
