This is a photo of flats in North Korea. Firstly, this photo is taken from a train qualifying this as an illegal photo. Michal wrote in his blog, M1key.net, “It felt like landing on another planet, and looked like an Oriental version of Eastern Europe before 1989.” It is actually a city in Sinuiju, the city that faces Dandong, China across the international border of the Yalu River. Since this is the first place for tourists to see, it is a little bit developed than the rural areas of the country.
