Findings and Conclusion
The findings? Doctors told Williams that based on the x-rays and scans, it was C6 incomplete. This meant that he had a fractured vertebra that left this 21-year old with a partial feeling in his lower body and the inability to will it to move. Simply put, Williams was still able to feel slight sensations but he had to confine himself in a wheelchair for the time being.
