Tough Break

Williams lunged and sprawled to knock the pass away at the very last minute. Of course, the receiver wouldn’t give up easily as well. He made one last attempt at the ball and next thing Williams knew, he was on the ground, feeling some tingling on his neck. He had the wind knocked out of him and the events that happened before that became a blur. All he knew was that this was a different kind of hit and that his body had reacted to it differently.
