Getting Support

Everyone in Georgetown had clapped for Williams that day. They were all so proud of him. In fact, a few tears were shed from those closest to him as they looked at the brave man with such pride in their eyes. And at the end of the stage was the university president, Jack DeGioia. Williams threw himself to the man into a hug as everyone cheered him on. He earned respect from both teachers and friends because of his unstoppable zest and inspiring persistence.
